Gabe and Hala's home lives up to the name – it truly is a woodland oasis. It is far enough away from everything to feel truly private and secluded, but close enough to be a quick drive to a supermarket or the bus station.
You can truly see that a lot of thought has gone into creating this oasis, because it had everything you could need and more. It exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do with the pool, hot tub, fire pit, and games outside.
I cook for a living and always bring my own tools to rentals, as there is often the bare minimum of kitchen equipment. Gabe's place has EVERYTHING. Baking supplies, grilling needs, all of it. If you love to cook, this is an amazing place.
The pool was fantastic. The hot tub was fantastic. Playing volleyball in the front yard and cornhole in the backyard was fantastic. We had a terrific time. I can't say enough good things about this location or this host.
This is a delightful and well-loved home that is filled with warmth and lovely touches. Staying here has the feel of visiting close friends.
Gabe's place is excellent for a retreat with friends. The pool was perfect to lounge at on a warm June day. The hot tub at night was ideal as the chilly Catskill air set in. The house itself has everything you need.
